Every apple user at some situation would a felt like not to launch official apps while browsing through safari. But there is no direct way to stop this being happened. Not sure if cydia has this feature.
But I found an alternative way of restricting safari launching apps [Trick not to launch official apps while browsing through safari]. This helps me Many ways, like when app doesn’t have that feature still safari redirecting to app makes no sense. So I badly wanted to find solution for this and finally found this thing. Just fallow these simple steps.
Note these steps were tried and practiced in iOS 11.2,
Yeah of course it will work on older versions as well.

Preventing iOS safari from launching apps.
- Go to settings.
- Search guided access. Or got to General > Accessibilty > Guided Access
- Click on Guided Access
- Turn on Guided Access
- That’s it go boom.
- Just go to safari and triple click home button to enable Guided Access and surf any website without letting safari to launch apps.
